7. Warranty:

If during the time of the warranty covered by G&C Gold Class, there is an issue with the product does not cause by external factors (dropping the product, spilling water on it etc…) we will replace the product for you with a brand new one.

PRODUCTS WARRANTY TIMT:

G&C AUTO CURLER: Two years of warranty.

G&C BLOWOUT BRUSH: One year of warranty

G&C STRAIGHTENER BRUSH: Two years of warranty.

G&C AIR DUO STRAIGHTENER: Two years of warranty.

Contact Us: Initiate the exchange process Please visit one of our experiences centers (The place where you tried the product before buying it), remember that your product is registered in our system with your phone number, so you don’t need a physical receipt. You can also use our contact form or email us at: customerservices@goldclassgc.com.au.

Return Shipping: Please contact us to organize with you the delivery of the product and proceed with the replacement, within the warranty period we will cover any return charges to AU addresses. We will send you the new product in the following 14 working days.   

Proof of Purchase: Preferably keep proof of purchase or a tracking number. Remember that your product was registered at the time of purchase with the phone number registered in the system.

8. Limitation of Liability:
Gold Class G&C and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of products purchased through the website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
9. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia in which Gold Class G&C operates.
